How to prepare the brief
Name, work email and the procurement requirement field are the fields the endpoint already accepts. Write product form, size notes, material to confirm, quantity by model, destination, sample needs before bulk, and optional budget with currency and unit-or-order basis.
Auxiliary product, budget and preference controls, when visible, merge into that same requirement field at submit. They are not extra backend names. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided is a buying preference, not a verified factory rating. No existing quotation is required. If JavaScript is off, write budget and preference directly in the requirement text.
Keep mixed families on separate submissions. A soft silicone sleeve and a hard tip kit belong on different quantity lines when packing or geometry differs. After you submit, we restate the written scope and ask factories for wholesale replies; we do not invent stock counts, MOQ or savings percentages without same-scope quotes.
